Party Pants

Although I won’t find myself going to any holiday parties tonight, red corduroys consistently compose the subject of “party pants 101.” Though you may get exotic with patterns, colors, and even throw some embroidery in, a good pair of red corduroys will see you safe through any yuletide gathering this season. The brighter the red, the better they are for the party, which means the more limited they are in being able to wear them. However, this “flame red” pair falls more into the “burnt” category and therefore will find itself welcome company in my F/W travels. Go darker still and a good pair of wine colored chinos (less so with corduroys) will see you through all the seasons.
